Bad quality Furniture

I bought a Amore lounge Suite in December of 2012 from House & HOme Roodepoort branch. It is now April 2015 and the condition of this lounge suite is of a suite that is 20 years olfd. The structure of the chairs and sofa's collapsed and the seating 's springs are coming through the material.<br> <br> I phoned House and Home yesterday to complain, but Charmaine told me that this suite only carries a 1 year guarantee....If I recall, the saleslady (when I purchased the suite) told me that it carries a 10 year guarantee on allo structural issues...<br> <br> I can't for the life of me, think that a suite at the price that I paid for it, only comes with a year guarantee. Nevertheless, it is the biggest **** I have ever bought in my life, and House & Home will never see me ever again!!!!
