Bad quality couches

So I purchased a 3 Seater Couch and a Pine Bunk . Less than 2 weeks later the couch started to fray and get woolly, I immediately contacted House and Home and was told it was going to get assessed or REPAIRED!!!!!!!!!!!How can something brand new go in for repair???????...They collected it a week later and ever since I'm without a couch and yet to hear from them.I wish I had read the reviews before buying those problematic items.I paid my hard earned money on *******!
