Bad quality

I am really annoyed at the way house and home operates. bought a dining table and a bed at your welkom store in December in cash worth R17000. No discount

There was a bit of a delay in getting the items but I accepted that and waited and when I finally got the items the dining room table was a mess... A table worth R10 000 with uneven edges and poorly produced. It does not align well when put together.

I have reported this to the store and was told that I will have to wait again until the supplier opens on the 11th of January for an exchange?????

Meanwhile the table will not be collected and is expected to be well preserved in my care. Which I think is ridiculous.

I was provided with a number ***) i can whatsapp my complaint to along with pictures of how the table looks. I did that and to date I have not received any feedback.

This by far the worst service I have received.
