Bad management and under trained staff

<p>I went to House & Home to purchase a lounge sweet, filled out all the documents, went back on Monday to give salary slips, loan was approved on Tuesday, I called the branch to advise that I would be in on Thursday to sign the contract..When I arrived, I waited for assstance for 15 minutes, then I was told that they no longer have the colour in stock, when I paid the deposit, I was then notified that my file is pending as the sales consultant never completed his papaer work, after sitting for an 1 1/2 completing nmore forms......non of the sales people have proper training and are so unprofessional, they dont even know how to read a contract or even how insurance worked....I am utterly disgusted at the sales people at House & Home and am on the verge of cancelling the whole deal and go elsewhere where staff are properly trained and efficient, and the argueing between staff and management in front of customers is not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
