BAD EXPERIENCE NO COURTESY FOR CUSTOMERS

I ordered a headboard and bar chair in July after a week they called me and say my things arrived, when I went there to fetch my goods they told me I cant get them because the manager mistakenly left with the keys to their store room to East London and he will be there in the afternoon mind you I hired a bakkie to fetch for me as they do not deliver, when in store I noticed that the headboard I ordered is on floor put as display I asked them to give the one on the floor and the response was they cant give me the one on the floor as the rules and regulations of the mall do not allow them and I left following week I went there again to find out the one kept is not what I ordered and asked again where is the one which was on the display and they said its sold my question is where were the rules and regulations of Ngebs mall when they sell it to that customer? till today I have not received my staff and I also lost my 300.00 to bakkie driver. the sales person keeps saying its still at manufacturer not yet delivered I need clarity my number is ***
