Bad experience and bad service

I went to get a fridge at House and Home in Klerksdorp Matlosana Mall Branch on Sunday the 17th of December and was told the promotion will end on the 24th of December. When I went back to get the fridge on Tuesday the 19th of December I was told the promotion has ended meanwhile the manager does not have a sense of customer care because it was the sales consultant’s fault that gave me the wrong information. The manager Japie Mostert has a very bad attitude and the sales lady was not of any assistance at all! This has been such a bad experience at House and Home and I hope that customers will not attempt to purchase there!
