Bad Delivery Service

I placed an order online on the 6th September with Delivery, before ordering online, I contacted the store who confirmed that there is stock of the product. It is now the 4th week since placing my order and still no delivery. I have followed up daily to first be told there is now all of a sudden no stock and they are waiting for the stock from the warehouse. I followed up a few times after and there was no progress. I received an email on 27 Sept confirming delivery is arranged, my order has not been received. I eventually got hold of management at head office yesterday who advised that the stock would be delivered on 30 September before 2pm. I arranged for my husband to be available at the delivery address. No surprise, no delivery. I spoke to dispatch at 6pm yesterday and I was advised that the truck is on the way from Brakenfell! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!
