BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TODAYS AGE REALLY! GET IT RIGHT!

I am appalled by the service we received from House and Alberton. My husband purchase a mist fan only to discover that the water filter compartment is cracked essentially rending the item not fit for its intended purposes. All split everywhere when we tried to set the unit up. We have been given the run around and not kept up to date on the action taken. Promised a replacement unit but still awaiting same.
