Bad customer service - House & Home Fourways

Good day, I would like to lodge a complain regarding house & home in fourways. I lodged a complain regarding my bed and restonic authorised for the exchange in December 2023 but till today house & home fourways did not exchange my bed. I called them several times and they keep on promising me lies. I need urgent intervention on this matter.
