Bad customer service

My parents bought tv Jvc in rustenburg June 2019 and tv stop working 6 October 2019 and the same day they went to tell them at the store they where to technician Wil come to the house to fix because is a 72 inch till 26 November 2019 my father brought it at the store telling them he doesn't want it any more because it's been two months otherwise they will have to change the model Jvc no more or else refund, they promise to come back to him when I went to them on 24 December 2019 they are telling me supplier is closed they will come back to US January 2020 in the min time they don't have a tv at home.
