Bad Customer service

On Sunday Morning just past 9 they called and said that our lounge will be delivered today. We canceled the plans we had for today to make sure we will be home when they arrive only to call them back at 2 to hear that they will not be able. Now we have to take an unpaid day off from work to wait for them Monday, who will pay for the unpaid workday? Don't say things that can not be done. Very bad service.
