Bad customer service

I paid cash for a dining room table and chairs on the 22nd of January 2023. I was told that it will be delivered on Saturday the 28th of January 2023. When we called to find out about the delivery, the sales person was shocked… he then kept making excuses for not delivering. After many promises we were told that delivery will be the same afternoon..just a lie!!!! After many many calls we got the suite on Sunday afternoon!! After asking the agent to get the table assembled before delivery, they don’t even offer this to clients!!!The table was not assembled properly and it’s uneven,What do I do now? Sales agents at the pavilion store need training!
