Bad Customer Service

We went to House & Home Kolonade shopping centre at 9 am, after verbally agreeing with Charles we are to come back before 12 o clock to buy the dishwasher. He wrote on the box sold and verbally agreed to keep it for us. Upon arrival back at the store at 10:30 to purchase the dishwasher after borrowing a vehicle to transport it we were told by Charles it was sold.... This is not how a company should be run and I will never purchase or refer anyone to buy here. If he had told us we needed to pay to keep it we would have done so but this wasnt the case. They are not interested to accomidate us after they *****ed up. No manager to assist us. Constance just said theres nothing she can do. Pathetic to say the least.
