Bad Customer service and Incompetence

I bought a bed from this store 3 years ago, and it has puffed up and I cannot sleep on it. I went to the shop as It has a warranty, they asked me for a proof of purchase.i told them I don't have it, they asked me to provide my bank statement as proof that I had purchased. I did that, but now they telling me, they not finding me on their records. Restonic which is the brand are also refusing to assist asking me for that proof of payment.

This is the worst service, I have received from these companies and the lack of assistance they offering to me.

I would advise anyone not to buy that Greencoil bed, worst brand ever.
