Bad customer service

I have called 5 times earlier today to speak to the Manager of the store. Either held on for ages or told wrong number phoned checkers next to them then given a cell number and when I explained was told that they cannot help so asked for the manager of the store only to be disconnected. I had left a message for them to call me back at 10.53 and still waiting
