BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We bought a Hisense H120RME 29 LT METALLIC BAR FRIDGE. SKU # 326921. It has been more than 3 weeks now that the fridge has been reported that is not working , we called and even went to the store and we were told that the technician will be dispatched in 48 hours. Mind you that its summer time now and all the food we had in the fridge is rotted. The bottom door does not even close. We need to be compassionated for the food that has rotted. Basically we have been waiting for something that looks like its not going to happen anytime soon.
