BAD Customer serv & poor products sold at high prices

I should have checked the reviews before spending over R24 000.00 at there store.

After purching a lounge suite Oct/Nov 2024, I complained within the first 7days of poor product and bugs on couches.

Manager Alex and Jaco are never to be heard of, calls made emails send no feed back.

Finally they demanded to collected the couches on the 18th Feb, up to now the 22nd of Feb, no feedback.

Am I wrong to bemand full refund.

I will never again purches anything from them again.

The inconvienance caused the past few days without couches is not fair.....
