Bad client service

I lay-byed couches from this store in June first thing was I got a call in July telling me to pay the outstanding amount in full if I want my items as they are no longer being manufactured of which I disputed as they were going against the contract which we signed. Now on the 17th of December I made 2 separate payments of R3600 and 1800 on Friday we went to go collect the item to be told that we need to pay R4000 instead of R2200. Tygervalley sorted advised that the R1800 payment is not reflecting even though we had a slip as prove. We came to an agreement that we pay the R1800 and they will refund the amount back . Went back to the store on the 22nd to get my refund to be told stories that the money is not reflecting.its totally unacceptable for rainbow finance to take long to allocate payments done at their shoprite store. Again we came to an agreement because now the money is reflecting I will get my refund and I should leave my banking details.i have not received my money back and wasting more money going to the store of which I won't be reimbursed
