BAD BAD SERVICE

I bought a living room suite and three beds a month ago at Baywest Branch of House and Home. We waited more than a week for the one bed, another week for the second bed and lounge suite. Its been a month and I have not received the queen size bed I payed for over a month ago. The sales man is JP. He makes empty promises every time he phones me. I am so disgusted in the terrible service I received from JP. I will never ever buy from House and Home again. I payed cash and spend more than R40 000. My money is worth the same as other people. Please anyone reading this, dont go to Baywest Mall, Port Elizabeth to buy stuff that has to be delivered. You wait months on end and just never receive it. Always excuses.
