BAD BAD QUALITY BEDS & TV STAND

I purchased a double bed and 3/4 bed for my teenagers in December 2018. Since beginning of January 2020 i was trying to get a response from the East gate store to find out that they have closed and then lock down happened. I then started following up with Meadowdale Store Manager, Robi, to inform that the mattresses of both beds have gone totally flat and springs are sticking out. The TV unit i also purchased has its vinyl pealing off already. This is seriously poor quality of both items. I will never ever buy from them again. I have been trying now for the past month to get the mattresses replaced and TV stand and every week the Branch Manager Robi, promises me that it has been logged. im now getting one story after the other from him. Can i please just get these mattresses replaced including the TV stand.
