Bad bad bad service and unreliable. They don't care at all!!!

I purchased a 5 PIECE BEROOM SUITE last year(2017) April . December my dressing table mirror cracked and I reported the matter. The gentleman promised that the mirror was going to be replaced, they will just need to get a quotation of the mirror. and they'll get back to me. A month passed nobody gave me a call. I did a follow up but nobody gave me straight answers. Since then I have been waiting and waiting for them. Nobody seems to care. I am fed up with the poor service.
