Apply for credit to be treated like this???

I app**** for credit two purchase two dishwashers. I then recieved an sms stating that my application was declined. I called them to find out why. The reason behind it was that i was buying the dishwashers as gifts??? Who gives them the right to assume that this is the case. I was buying the two dishwashers for my property. 1 for the main house and 1 for the backroom/ laundry.<br> I have a good credit rating but got declined because of this assumption... I do not find this appropriate as it is my own business what i do with the items i purchase.<br> I did not know that in order to get credit approved i had to specify exactly what i want to do with MY unit. after all i am paying for it...
