Appauling Service by a Manager of Greenstone House and Home store.

<p>Today the 08 Sep. My wife went to the store to buy furniture to the value of R15000 cash. Assisted by a Sales Consultan- Granny. She asked for a discount and the Consultant said she will ask her Manager.When the manager came, my wife asked for a discount as she was going to pay cash, The manager said NO.My wife asked why, with utmost arrogance and rude atttitude he said, THIS IS HOUSE AND HOME AND NOT A DISCOUT</p> <p>STORE. A this time he was pointing at his badge and then he walked away. His name is Christo. After telling him he was arrogant and should speak to customers like that i left the store,and went to another H&H store where I got a discount.This behavour by a manager is not acceptable and would it to be addressed with this manager</p>
