Appalling service at westgate House and Home

I bought a lounge suite from H&H end of August 2021. End of September 2021 I logged a complaint at westgate H&H because I wasn't happy with the quality of the suite. It looks old and run down already. Not happy with the service I've recieved from westgate H&H, it's been 3 weeks and no concrete feedback has been provided by the store regarding my complaint on the lounge suite.
