Appalling Customer Experinace

I have bought a fridge for over a year with the abovementioned store in Westgate Mall Johannesburg, the fridge has been giving me a problem ever since our contract begun, I had numerous engagements with the management but I was given a run-around until eventually they sent people to come and look at it, but this was done 3 times since I bought the fridge but still the fridge could not work,

I spoke to the store manager again to let them know that I want to exchange, I was sent to pillar to post to this day nothing has happened, I asked their head office to intervene but still I got no Joy,

Until recently when I was told the fridge is discontinued, I said its fine let me get something different but it should be of the same Value and Size.

The they cant assist me still in this regard, instead I'm told I must pay more money to get another fridge, but why must I when I even paid off the Useless product they sold me over a ago? I couldn't buy groceries like a normal person for over a year like a normal person, I want my money or they must give me something of the same Value and Size

What's worse is that I work for the same company at a different division, Imagine if staff can be treated like this what about people who aren't staff!
