ANGRY DISGUSTED AND DISSATISFIED

I bought a Restonic king bed from Checkers House and Home in kollanade Pretoria. Firstly the sales person ( Itumelang) **** about the delivery date. I sat and waited for the delivery truck only to wait for two days. When the delivery truck arrived they delivery guys were impatient as the bed was big. I had to ask the complex security to assist the guys delivering as they were in a hurry to make their next stop. When the bed was finally in my bedroom, I sat on the bed and it started squeaking. I notified the sales lady ( Itumleng) that the 10 year warranty bed was squeaking and it has only been the first week after delivery. She brushed me off saying she will follow it up with Restonic. That was two months ago. I then went back to the store in a very foul mood and only then was the complaint emailed to head office. I was told I would be contacted in a week. A week came and passed , zero contact. I went today 2 November expression my disastifaction and my complaint was still lying on their desk unattended.

I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE. I bought the bed with my hard earned money and they give a squeaky bed and go two months without communicating whilst in the two months I consistently made contact wanting follow up.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE
