An unhappy edblo bed customer

I reported my complaint to both the manufacturer edblo and to the Manger Erna of House & Home Diamond Pavillion in Kimberley. The manufacturer instructed the shop to provide me with a new mattress but I am being send from pillar to post and the manager acts as if she does not know me. I am not happy as this bed is starting to give me back pains I can't sleep. Kindly assist me with this matter.
