I would like to thank the staff of House and Home for the excellent and professional service I received when I ordered a fridge online. Simone was prompt in informing me once my order was placed and also when the funds reflected in their account. She arranged with Clara of the Sandton branch to assist me with collection. Clara was of such great help, even going the extra mile to arrange with their available driver to assist me with delivery. My fridge was safely delivered to my flat by a very helpful and punctual gentleman called Walter. The entire process was well handled, quick and far exceeded my expectations. Thank you once again to all parties involved - you truly demonstrated what excellent customer service is.
