After sales support

This h&h in Richards bay boardwalk mall is so quick to make a service and sell you things but when it comes to after sales support they dont help.They detach themselves and will keep on avoiding the issue and one has to run after them yet you have paid.I bought a fridge from them and im not satisfied, did follow ups to get it fixed and its still within 7 days bit they are not even coming to fetch it.Now i have to deal with KIC guys who is actually h&h suppliers and they too are giving me a hard time!will definetly be reading reviews and buying my furniture where il get my moneys worth!
