ACCOUNT PAID BUT NO FRIDGE

As a pensioner I bought a fridge at ok and after paying it for a long time I defaulted for 2months and they came and repossessed it and they said if I keep my account up to date they will bring it back after 3 months.3 months passed and no fridge, I decide to pay extra and close the account, they gave me my settlement amount and I paid in full and now when I asked them about my fridge they said they sold it when I asked them what was I paying for this whole time I don't get answers, for 2 years I've been using my pension money to pay OK furniture for something that is not there.if only I knew I was never gonna buy at OK.And now I don't have a fridge,no money and their lawyer are sending me summon messages of which I was told if I pay they won't send me to the lawyers. My heart is so broken and I'm to old for this and my neighbours are tired of me using their fridges.
