Absolutely the worst service ever!!!!

I ordered a bed on the 09/07/2020 and still have not received anything. Payment in full. No one phones me or lets me know what is going on. It is so sad over this period to get this type of service and some companies are closing down. Rather support people that want to give service then sit with this.
