Absolutely terrible

<p> Went into their store on friday 10th June looking for a hometheater system and asked for the price of their ps4 sales man gives us the price with excellent service and tells us that if we can get it cheaper anywhere else they will better the deal by 5% as long as its the same spec console with the same extras so I spent the entire weekend looking for the best price and I managed to get one for a low price. So we take the qoute to them and they first make us wait almost 2 hours, treat us like we an inconvenience, phone the store that we got the qoute from and then tell us sorry their supplier isnt going to cover their cost on the console. so we told them dont tell your sales guys that they will beat any price given if the customer gets a qoute. Definitely the worst customer service once its time for the sale to happen, never going back and wouldnt recommend any customer to even enter their store. House and Home is a load of **** </p>
