So I purchase a couch for my family the past 7 days, a promising sales agent at this shop has been I'm contact with my wife advising the productbis in stock. Last Saturday we then make payment and we were promised delivery Monday 25 Mar 2024. To our surprise this never materialize no feedback what so ever. the thought to follow up Tuesday 26 and we were promised delivery the next day. It now Thursday we have delayed our easter traveling as we have been promised delivery by 17h00. To our surprise we are being told product was delivered with defect so we are now offered an ultimatum to take a product with defect whichnwe had told the sales person we rather wait for new product. We are drained out now and have lost confidence with this shop. It feels we are being scared. Remain worried whatbwill bebthe end of this.
