60 Year old sleeping on the floor due to bad service

I am a 60 year old Black woman who has fully paid for her bedroom suite which has had issues from the moment it was delivered to me. for over 3 years its been a back and forth struggle with the management from house and home N1 City. I had finally received the assistance this year where they came to "fix" the problem, only they took the suite and also the TV stand and have not done anything to fix it.

The regional manager MR Aldrian Willard has also been of no assistance and frankly he seems to undermine his own customers especially one that has fully paid, but the service is not reciprocated, to the extent where i had to question whether the treatment i was receiving and lack thereof was because of my race, as it seems that other customers were being duly assisted, i had even asked the floor personal as to why there is a issue with my bedroom suite and they stated they did not know as customers get their furniture replaced or fixed within a matter of days.

I am 60 years old sleeping on my mattress on the floor currently, i have a problem with my knees and i still being treated unfairly and deliberately badly by management. This house home store i had worked with for many years and some of the managers that have left also never dealt with the problem so i need to know whether its the policy of house home to treat customers this way, especially if they are black,

All i want is for my furniture to be fixed and returned to me
