50 days after payment, still no delivery or date of delivery

I made an online order on 15 April 2020, Melissa Katcha advised that the purchase will be delivered by 5 June. Although I was disappointed but I accept the delivery date. But after the 50 days, I still have received the delivery and now I have been advised that it will be further delay and the stock is on order from their suppliers still. I made various follow up and request them to provide me a delivery date. Now they no longer respond to me. Moreover, this delivery service cost me R240 and I am totally disappointed by House and Home. I have also sent a request to their customer care but they do not respond.
