Actually 4home is really badly managed. I ordered and paid for goods to the value of R964 online yesterday. My payment was deducted from my account, but I received an email from them stating that my order was pending & required payment. Needless to say I complained; received a call from a very courteous agent saying in fact my payment had been received & I should ignore that email. Well, it's no good having excellent call centre agents if most of the time they are covering for appalling management. Sadly people like him will lose their jobs if this organization closes down due to pathetically inadequate management
