3 Weeks waiting for fridge bought cash

I am not happy with House & Home I bought fridge in Kempton park (Sello) House & Home on 21st Feb 2016 and they checked whether its available at Rustenburg branch and it was confirmed that its available. I paid and was promised that I will get fridge on weekend of 26th Feb 2016 on Wednesday I received call that fridge is at warehouse and they asked can I come and fetch it I said I am in Pretoria so we can do it on Saturday and Debra said she will call me later to confirm. Today Friday 4th March 2016 I called her and she says its still at warehouse not in store and I tell her can I come and fetch it tomorrow she tells me she will see because its at warehouse so weekend its the only time I am available so it means I will get fridge I paid cash for in 4 weeks. I tell her to deliver she tells me she will see because its at warehouse I tell her to keep fridge at the shop I will come and fetch it and she says she will see she cant promise. I don't accept that as when I phone head office there is no answer on ***. Can someone please tell whoever that I will come to store in the morning to come collect fridge as its in Rustenburg warehouse I cant wait for 4 weeks for cash items
