2 months, order not received from House & Home.

I ordered from a stove glass top cleaner Housing home on the 1st of February 2024. I received an email saying my order is being processed and it will be invoiced to the store and they will let me know when I can collect my order. After two weeks I googled for the store contact number and I gave them a call to ask them if they received my order and they said they received it but it’s still being processed and they are waiting for the product to arrive to them. Today the 10th of April 2024 and I still haven’t received my order nor communication either through SMS call or email from housing home. Please help me either get my refund or get my product. Thank you
