Bad Online services

I wish I read the reviews 😕 before purchasing on line.It was my first time to order and never ever again,bad experience. I ordered a sleeper couch and did not receive delivery, despite complaint it was meant to be scheduled for this week the lady who assisted me tried her best and she found nothing scheduled for delivery for me today, now they want to schedule it for the 3rd week,no care whatsoever for your clients.The answer I got was you did not put a Street name in my adress,what happened to calling and reaching out to your clients then or make it a compulsory thing on your website.There is no option to even track the order because there is nothing to track anyways.You order and wait for nothing to happen that was my experience. I have requested a cancellation of the order ,will see how that process goes.Very unhappy 🙁 and disappointed 😞
