extremely bad service delivery

I recently was involved in a very traumatic smash and grab and had to replace my front passenger side window.<br> My insurance unfortunately did not cover this and i had to source my own window replacement.After numerous calls i finally found Hour autoglass, who seemed reputable from their website and when i called their call centre for assistance. Got a quote and did an EFT transfer as they did not do C.O.D.<br> After paying and expecting delivery and fittment of the window the next day there was nothing. Tried calling the offices, the CEO as well as the fitter who gave me the run around the entire day making excuses of getting the wrong glass, phones are down due to loadshedding.<br> <br> As for the CEO Tyron Trietsch who seemed to have a \Dont care"attitude and lack of concern when I needed assistant but prior to this he was more than helpful when receiving payment .
