Don't ever take your pets there

We made a booking for our cat to get a wash and shave for 15.00. We arrive and the lady tells us due to them been busy our cat will only get the wash and shave at 15.30 and that 16.30 or at the 17.00. We arrived at 17.00 and get told that our cat will be ready in 5 minutes but after 15 minutes still Nothing. We went in again and asked what's going, Nothing to worry about says the manger just one minute. After 1 hour we get our cat and leave and tell them this is uacceptable, Worst service ever And also he was still half wet when we got home
