Dog traumatized

Im not usually one that complains on social media. But this dog is my mothers life and yesterday she took her in for a cut. After getting het back she keeps hiding under everything, the doesn't want to be touched, she bites if you touch her tail was shaved and it is open to the skin from the cut. This is not how any animal is suppose to return from a groom. She is now afraid of everything she keeps crying. She used to be play full and happy. She used to love playing in water she now runs away crying if water is near her. UNACCEPTABLE. If you are working with animals you must remember these pets might be nothing to you but to the owner they are their whole world. If you dont want to handle them with care and love DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS.
