While the venue is affordable the owner is a ********* human being, we negotiated a quote and after a lot of back and forth both parties agreed on the terms and conditions for the hiring of the venue. The quotes provided by the owner never once indicated that additional terms and conditions would apply, however 2 days before our function he slapped us with an almost 20 page document with the most biased and onerous terms and conditions. When we refused to sign it her told us he would cancel the function, even though we had paid for the venue in full. He then became rude, disrespectful and sarcastic. I’d honestly pay a little bit more and contract with someone who has ethics, morals and respect. Muhammed is seriously not with the effort.
