POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Phoned Houdini Locksmith to assist (and it was an emergency as I informed the lady ) and was told 10 15 min. From Newton Park to Lorraine. They arrived 40min later, their vehicles battery had to be jumped start... I phoned 4 times during the 40 min, my call was cut twice because I was standing in the pouring rain, not once did they bother to phone back and kept saying the man is on his way when I phoned back. No explanation when they arrived, only when I said that I was panicking I was informed that the car would not start and had to be jump start... No apologies either. I will personally NOT use them again.
