No Refunds and Only Small Projects

The person in charge of emails seriously needs an upgrade in communication skills. I've had to hit them up multiple times to get any answers. Plus, the company doesn't do refunds or guarantees, which doesn't sit right with the South African Consumer Act.

After a bunch of back-and-forths through emails, I finally find out they don't do websites for businesses—only small projects. Bit of a bummer after all that email drama.
