Treatment recieved by owner

I would give a minus star review if possible. I was charged for drinks I did not order. Once I politely explained this to both the waiter and mangers with little in the way of assistance I eventually spoke to the owner. I was told they would need to review the footage before I got my money back, which I am perfectly happy with however...the way the owner spoke to me was so disrespectful, rude and degrading, despite the fact that I remained calm apologic and polite the whole time. I eventually got my money back (the next day)and a placating apology from her daughter. She never even bothered to apologise for the disgusting way she treated me.
