Refunds still not received

I have still not received the refunds for Transaction codes HP*** and HP***. I have been waiting for more than a month and still no reflection o refunds paid into my account, this concerns me tremendously. I will be forced to take leagal actions as well as reporting this to social media platforms If this continues for much longer . Attached you will find screenshots of my refunds that was apparently refunded. There is no way of contacting anyone from Hotmart directly
