Hotmart No Response To Video Earning ****

I registered for an online opportunity in watching videos to try an earn extra money to support myself and my family. When I registered the payment went through Hotmart platform. Firstly the prompt you to add other opportunities/courses to your request. On entering "No" for the further two options which they prompted, the payments were still debited from my account. The app I paid to register was not available, only a couple of PDF course pages. With much communication and enquiries they sent me an email address to contact for the video opportunity. I watched the required time and spent many hours, however it has been almost 2-months and still no payment received. The email address is: ***. I have contacted Hotmart various times with regards to this **** and NO REPLY from them at all. Please think twice before purchasing anything through this payment platform and do reviews for "home opportunities". Thank you
