Hotels pride and stay

Hallo Peter I writing regarding of Hotels pride and stay, on the 6th of February 2024 I've received a call from Tsepo Senetla on this number ***. He was calling me regarding of vouchers and discount he had at Hotels pride and stay, I was so interested and convinced in a way that I therefore took a decision to go and pay for this hotel to get this discount and voucher card, on the 15 of February 2024 I've paid the amount of R2990.00 at absa , our agreement was after payment I will receive the voucher card ,till today Tsepo Senetla from Hotels pride and stay never gave me this voucher card. He keep on promising me that he will sent my voucher card through courier service please but till to date i didnt receive the card hellopeter assist me through this matter.
