Worst Valentine's Ever thanks to [URL Removed]

Imagine your delight when your husband tells you he's booked flights to Cape Town for Valentine's Day & you're staying at the lovely & romantic L'Ermitage Chateau in Franschoek with private plunge pool. So you organise babysitters for your 2 young children & manage to get the last available table at Racine Restaurant (voted 6th best dining in the area). After driving 2hrs from the airport, you arrive but are told there's no booking for you. You call [URL Removed] and have to hold for 1hr 30min (at your personal cost) for them to find alternative accommodation 2hrs away because Franschoek is fully booked. During this time, we're told they cannot phone us back. As a result, we missed our dinner reservation as we could not access Maps on our phone to find the restaurant. Needless to say, the mood was spoilt. So thanks [URL Removed] for the worst Valentine's Day ever. Advice to others: use [URL Removed] to search for hotels in your desired area but Google & book with establishment directly to avoid the same disappointment. We've just returned from Disney World & almost booked through [URL Removed] but thankfully decided to book directly. We'll never use [URL Removed] again & will tell everyone not to
